I'm glad to found The Fishing Edge. Goerge the owner talk about the Japanese Fluorocarbon and Hooks. I tried, who is working and his price was almost half the store price. When I started to use the Japanese line and the Hooks, I got Jackpot almost every trip. The line was strong, the hook worked very well. When I hooked up the fish, I didn't lose it. Any time I was ordering anything from George, he shipped out the same day. The service was excellent and very honest owner. I wish every body like him. He is a good sales person.

I have only been on a few charter trips and I am not a very experienced woman fisherman. I asked George to set me up with Japanese Fluorocarbon hooks and tackle and I was catching over 19-20 fish daily. Sheepheads, Calico Bass, Ling Cod, and Halibut. I caught this 20lb Lingcod using an Orange and Copper Jacks 16oz jig with a 3 ft piece of #8 Fluorocarbon on the 9/11/11 Mirage Overnight Charter. I also had good action using the rigged Hoochie, orange/black and green/black with Japanese long shank #24 hooks, they are really sharp.The Fishing Edge offers a proven line of excellent tackle and his Charters are fun anf Fairly priced.

I REALLY LIKE YOUR JAPANESE SHARP HOOKS!!!!!!! -- THE REASON IS BECAUSE YOU CAN PUT A LOT OF BAIT ON THE HOOKS. THE GAP ON THE HOOK IS WIDE. I LIKE TO SLICE THE SQUID AND TOP IT OFF WITH A BUNCH. THEY ARE VERY DHARP HOOKS ALSO.Date of Posting: 19 October 2011
